Georgios E. ROMANOS, D.D.S., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. med. dent.
Dr. Romanos is Professor of Periodontology at the School of Dental Medicine (SDM) at Stony Brook University (SBU) and Professor of Oral Surgery/Implant Dentistry at the University of Frankfurt/Germany (Prof. Dr. med. dent.).
He has served as Chair of the Laser and Biophotonics Group and the Dental Implant Research Group of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR), and as President of the Foundation of the Society for Osseointegration. Dr. Romanos has published over 450 academic papers and book chapters, has an h-index of 85, and has been cited over 23,000 times; he ranks in the top 2% of scientists worldwide according to the AD Science Index 2022 and 2023.

Dr. Steven XUE
Dr. Steven Xue graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Stomatology in 1988 and continued his studies in Australia and the United States, especially in the field of dental implants. Dr. Xue is passionate about teaching clinical skills to dentists around the world, especially sharing his expertise in dental implants. He has conducted many hands-on surgical courses at the University of Mariana (UFM) in Guatemala, which are highly recommended by dentists. Dr. Xue is one of the co-founders of the International Academy of Contemporary Dentistry and has served as Vice President and Ambassador of the International Council of Implant Dentistry Asia Pacific (ICOI AP). He is currently an international visiting professor at the University of Mariana.
